This supervision module is about programming. You will learn to select appropriate target behaviours and teaching procedures and strategies based on ABA principles for your clients’ behaviour acceleration program. This module focuses on skill acquisition and maintenance. It will not focus on assessment and behaviour reduction strategies. These areas are discussed in details in module 4 (Pre-service and assessment) and module 7 (Behaviour Management) respectively.
The supervision meetings will be conducted online through zoom. You will receive a link to register on Canvas for the supervision module. Detail instructions and materials will be available to you on Canvas.
Please note that your supervision hours will only be granted if you meet the criteria of the supervision meeting. Criteria for each meeting will be discussed in the beginning of the meeting. It will focus on your ability to understand and apply relevant concepts based on your participation during the meeting and your homework assignment.
